- Passport-sized Photograph, NRIC & Birth Certs
- Parents / Guardian latest income statement(s)
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM): 7 As, Distinction in English and Mathematics
- IB Middle Year Programme (MYP): Grade 6, Distinction in English and Mathematics
- GCE O-Level: 7 As, Distinction in English and Mathematics
- IGCSE: 5 As, Distinction in English and Mathematics
